Summer Camp Program

Kids SmART, Inc. is offering fun at every turn all summer long for your children ages 5-14!  Our program is licensed by the State of Colorado and prides itself on offering a program of the highest quality. When at Kids SmART, your child will stay entertained, learn new things, make new friends, and be cared for by great role models. They'll have a summer they'll never forget! LOCATION: Stein Elementary 80 S. Teller Lakewood, CO 80226 (6:30a-6:00p M-F)
Pick-up/Drop-off Location: Edgewater Elementary 5570 W 24th Ave Edgewater, CO 80214
                We will be at Edgewater every day from 6:30a-8:00a and 4:30-6:00p for you to drop-off and pick-up your child. We will then shuttle your child to our main location at Stein Elementary.

HOURS: 6:30am-6:00pm Monday thru Friday
                    June 3- August 20

FRIDAYS: OUTREACH (the Field trip comes to us!)

PROGRAM FEES:
Program fees vary based on our activity schedule and whether you qualify for our various discounts. Discounts are available for those with multiple children, those who qualify for free/reduced lunch, and those who attend every day. Kids SmART, Inc. prides itself on offering quality care at the most affordable prices. Please contact us if you feel you need assistance with the program fees.
ALL FORMS OF GOVERNMENT SUBSIDIES ARE ACCEPTED, INCLUDING CCAP, TANNF,ETC.
BASIC DAILY RATES:
Mon, Wed, Fri: $45-1st child/$41-2nd child/$36-free and reduced
Tues, Thurs: $35-1st child/$32-2nd child/$28-free and reduced

or.... $165/week ($315/week for two children)

*We also offer an additional 10% discount to those who pay for the entire month of August by July 23.

HOW TO ENROLL:
1. Download the Enrollment AND Emergency Forms and fill them out COMPLETELY.
2. IF you are on CCAP, make sure your Caseworker faxes your child's approval to: 303-972-4324. Our license number is: 1552483 (Stein) or 1564545 (Edgewater).
3. Turn in all forms, along with copy of immunization and either bring it to Stein Elementary, Room 101 or fax it to: 303-972-4324.

4.  Bring in registration fee ($35/child or $70/family), along with payment for the first week as soon as possible in order to ensure a spot! CCAP families must pay the registration fee and their monthly parent fee before attending.
