Program Tuition
All forms of government subsidies (CCAP, TANFF) will be accepted.
If you feel you qualify for government assistance, please contact them at: 303-604-1043. Once you qualify, fax your approval to us at: 303-972-4324. We CANNOT accept your children without prior approval.
Tuition payments are due every other Wednesday for the upcoming two weeks. Please download the appropriate tuition calendar, fill it out, and bring it in along with your payment before or after school.
HOW TO REGISTER:
1. Download Enrollment and Emergency Forms and fill them out completely.
2. Download the Tuition Calendar and fill out the days that your child is planning on attending. Tuition is Due Every other Wednesday for the Upcoming two weeks.
3. IF you are on CCAP, make sure your Caseworker faxes your child's approval to: 303-972-4324. Our license number is: 1552483
4. Turn in all forms, along with copy of immunization and either bring it to the Stein Cafeteria or fax it to: 303-972-4324.
5. Bring in registration fee ($35/child or $70/family), along with payment for first two weeks as soon as possible in order to ensure a spot! CCAP families must pay the registration fee and their September parent fee before attending.
