HOW TO REGISTER:
1.  Download and fill out Enrollment and Emergency Forms
2. Copy Immunization Records.
3.  Download and fill out Tuition Calendar.
4.  Bring Registration fee ($40/child; $80/family) along with tuition payment on the first day of care.  You must also bring Enrollment/Emergency Forms and immunization records by the first day of care.
