Download and fill out Enrollment and Emergency Forms 2. Copy Immunization Records. 3. Download and fill out Tuition Calendar. 4. Bring Enrollment/Emergency Forms and immunization records to registration. Pay Registration fee ($40/child; $80/family) along with tuition payment to ensure your child a spot. 5. If you believe you may qualify for CCAP, call 303-604-1043 for Jefferson County and 720-944-KIDS for Denver County to see about approval.
